CHOOSE THE TIE YOUR PREFER: Either style can be adapted by you to go around the head or the ears.
JERSEY TIES -
T-shirt yarn ties, (from NEW shirts!) They are a longer style that you secure around your head. I personally like these better than elastic, softer on the skin. Since they are jersey, they have a some stretch like elastic does.
If you prefer, the yarn tie can be cut down and made into a smaller loop to put around your ears.
ELASTIC LOOP
Elastic will be in the channels and loosely tied. You fit it to a comfortable position, knot the elastic and run the knot into the channel. Many have found that running the elastic around the head rather than just the ears is more comfortable if you are wearing for longer periods of time
